Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents are not eligible for return.
Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance or sale products, customized or personalized items, and any goods that are not returned with their original packaging.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been inspected. Once approved, the refund will be completed within 7 to 10 business days and issued through the original payment method, whether Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
Customers who wish to exchange an item may do so within 7 days of delivery, depending on stock availability. Any price difference must be settled before the exchange is processed.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, the product will either be replaced or a full refund will be issued.
